Activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your company

Expensya now allows administrators to activate the two-factor authentication feature within their company. This feature enables administrators to enforce enhanced security practices and control the requirements of two-factor authentication (2FA) for all users within their organization.

To activate this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Access the administration panel.
  2. Click on "Users and Access" in the left sidebar.
  3. Select "Security Settings".
  4. Enable the "ActivateTwo-Factor Authentication" button.

Once two-factor authentication is activated at the company level, it is automatically extended to users across all branches of the company.

When you activate two-factor authentication at your company level, all users will be automatically logged out to ensure a smooth transition to this new layer of security.

Disabling Management:

If an administrator decides to disable two-factor authentication (2FA) at the company level, the 2FA toggle in the user details window is automatically disabled for all users in the company. At the same time, all users in the company are exempted from 2FA requirements on web and mobile platforms.

Users remain logged in even when the 2FA toggle is disabled.

This implementation of company-level two-factor authentication ensures a robust security framework for all users. These features provide administrators with a comprehensive set of tools to seamlessly manage two-factor authentication across the organization.
