Employees Dashboard

The Employees Dashboard provides a comprehensive analysis of the expenses incurred by each employee, allowing the tenant to monitor spending patterns and enforce spending policies more effectively.

This dashboard includes:

  • Expense Overview:

Summarizes the total number and amount of expenses across all employees.

  • Employees arranged by the amount of their Expenses:

Displays the top 10 employees based on the number and amount of expenses incurred.

  • Expense Categories:

Provides a detailed view of expenses within specific categories, enabling analysis per user or category.

  • All Employees' Expenses:

Lists all employees and their expenses, which can be filtered by selecting a specific employee.

Employees dashboard's benefits

  1. Identify and analyze Overspending Behaviors:

By selecting an employee in the bar chart or filters, the dashboard provides detailed insights into the categories where the employee incurs expenses. This allows for a more nuanced understanding of spending habits and areas for potential cost savings.

The ability to analyze top spenders within any chosen category helps in identifying key areas where spending can be optimized. This feature is particularly useful for highlighting employees who may need further guidance or policy enforcement.
