I installed the scanner, but I'm getting an error message
Have you installed the first scanner configuration in Expensya, but when trying to connect to your office's selected scanner, you are encountering an error message?
It is necessary to check with your IT services to ensure there is no internal network filter such as a firewall.
Please provide them with this information to review and confirm if everything is correct:
- Ensure that port 18623 is active on the computers.
- Verify that https://mlts.dynamsoft.com (port: 443) and https://slts.dynamsoft.com (port: 443) are whitelisted in the firewall.
