Expensya will tailor the offer based on the subscription chosen, number of licenses you wish to purchase and whether these are billed monthly or annually. Below is a table that summarizes Tax-exculsive prices of each subscription according to the number of licences on the account.

- With a Free Trial:
As an admin, you have the option of adding licences and verifying in which range you are, from the “Admin” tab and the “Subscription” menu.
Example: You have a free trial and you have added 30 users. You are in the range of 25 and 49 licences: the unit price of a licence will therefore be adapted to this range.
- With a Silver or Gold offer:
You can add new licences from the "Admin" tab and the "Subscription" sub menu. The unit price of the licence will adjust if you move to another range.
Example: you have 49 licences (the range between 25 and 49) and you will add 2 more licences, and thus you will switch to the next range (50 to 74 licences). Expensya will show you the unit price of the new range, and at the next renewal, all your licences will be at this price.
