How to add licenses adjust my range?
- With a Free Trial:
As an admin, you have the option of adding licences and verifying in which range you are, from the Admin tab and the Subscription menu.
Example: You have a free trial and you have added 30 users. You are in the range of 25 and 49 licences: the unit price of a licence will therefore be adapted to this range.
- With a Silver or Gold offer:
You can add new licences from the Admin tab and the Subscription sub menu. The unit price of the licence will adjust if you move to another range.
Example: you have 49 licences (the range between 25 and 49) and you will add 2 more licences, and thus you will switch to the next range (50 to 74 licences). Expensya will show you the unit price of the new range, and at the next renewal, all your licences will be at this price.
