Medius PA offering for Medius Expense customers
To support customers in adapting to the French e-invoicing reform, Medius offers a certified accredited platform (PA) designed to handle the main e-invoicing and e-reporting transmission flows required under the reform.
The Medius PA integrates natively with Medius Expense when both are used together.
E-invoicing — inbound flows
The Medius PA supports the compliant reception and routing of e-invoices, including:
- Receipt of e-invoices from suppliers via their own PA
- Validation of mandatory invoice data
- Transmission of invoice data through the authorized network
- Routing of invoices to the correct recipient system or purchasing tool
- Compliant archiving and traceability of exchanged invoices and statuses
E-reporting — outbound flows
The Medius PA also provides an outbound API to receive e-reporting data from the customer's ERP or accounting system and transmit it to the PPF (Portail Public de Facturation). This includes:
- Secure authentication and transmission
- Receipt of e-reporting data from the customer's source system
- Submission to the PPF
Monitoring
The Medius PA includes a monitoring dashboard allowing users to track received e-invoices and their processing statuses (e.g. Received, Refused, and others) in real time, providing full visibility over the invoice flows transiting through the platform.
