Assign an administrator or accountant to user group

In Expensya you can assign an administrator or an accountant to user groups. 

When you assign an administrator or an accountant to a group, they will only see and validate the Reports from users belonging to these groups.  

Only the account administrator can perform this action. To do so, simply  

  1. go to the "Administration” tab , "Users” sub-menu 
  2. Select the user you want to assign to the user group. 

  Open the user’s form (administrator or accountant) to assign them to the group.

If you have not yet created a group, click on "+"
