When you have a request, question or an anomaly the support team is here to help you through.

Chat : Support is available through the chat bubble on our website, web app, and mobile app, only if this feature has been activated for your tenant.

On the web:

On the mobile app:

Ticket: You can contact our support team by creating and submitting a ticket, provided that the ticketing system is activated for your tenant.

Only account administrators who are assigned by the tenant can create tickets, which will then be handled by our support team.
