How to contact Expensya support?

The Expensya support team is available to assist you with any inquiries, requests, or issues you may encounter.

When to reach out to Expensya support

Contact support if:

  • You have questions about using a specific feature in Expensya.  
  • You need access to certain functionalities or require actions only accessible through the support team.
  • You have suggestions for modifying or improving existing features.
  • You encounter any bugs or functional issues.
How to contact Expensya support

Expensya offers two support options: chat or ticketing. To find out which one your company uses, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the question mark bubble at the bottom right of the web app.
  2. If you see Contact support, your company uses chat support.
  3. If you don't see the chat option, your company uses the ticketing system.

Chat support guidelines

If your company has chat support enabled, follow these steps:

  1. Click Contact support.
  2. Try first to enter a keyword related to your inquiry in the search bar to see instant suggestions.
  3. If you don't find the answer you're looking for, click Send us a message to chat with one of our support agents.

Ticket submission guidelines

If your company uses the ticketing system, follow these steps:

  1. Contact your company's designated Expensya referent. This person is authorized to submit a support ticket on your behalf via the portal.
  2. If you are unsure who your referent is, contact your company's administration for assistance.
  3. After your referent submits the ticket, the Expensya support team will review it and provide the necessary assistance.
