The Expensya mobile app helps you track and manage all your expenses in one place.

Log in to your Expensya mobile app
To access the app, use your professional email and password. If your work email is set up on your device, you can use Single Sign-On for quick access.

What you can do in the Expensya mobile app
Available features depend on your role and the options your administrator has enabled for you. Your home page shows shortcuts to the main features.
As an employee, you can:
- Add expenses. For example, you can scan a receipt, check the created expense, include it in a report, and submit it for approval. See this article to explore all ways to add expenses.
- View the My expenses tab to check all the expenses you created.
- Open the My reports tab to review your reports and their statuses.
- Use your Expensya Card to track budgets, pay, and view real-time notifications.
- Receive instant updates about expense statuses, budget approvals, and company news.
As an approver, you can:
- Review and approve expense reports.
- Approve budgets and any items that require your validation.
Additional options
Tap More at the bottom right to see all options. You can access:
- General settings:
- Profile – update your personal information when possible. Fields you cannot update appear in grey.
- Preferences – manage your regional preferences, such as language and regional format for date and time.
- Vehicles – add or update your vehicles if your administrator enables this feature.
- E-mail to expense – view the email address you use to forward receipts. The app converts forwarded emails into expenses automatically.
- Employee handbook – view your company policies. This section appears only if your administrator activates it.
- Support resources:
- Give feedback – rate your experience with the Expensya app.
- Chat with support – contact the Support team if your company has chat support enabled.
- Help – access the guide for using the mobile app.
- Privacy policy – view Expensya’s privacy policy.
- F.A.Q - visit the Help Center to find answers to common questions.
- What’s new – check the latest releases.
- Other:
- Security and privacy – activate access with a passcode for extra security.
- Logout – sign out of the app.
